This is a park model home built in 2010 within the Sun Retreats Dunedin. There was no damage to the home during Hurricanes Helene or Milton; some duct work was repaired underneath the home and verified by Pinellas County. Documents from Pinellas County provide that the home was not substantially damaged.

The main home structure is ~444 square feet with a fully enclosed Florida room that adds 160 square feet.  The home has central air and heat throughout, and newly installed July 2025.  High ceilings throughout so you do not feel cramped.

New kitchen appliances in 2025 – Samsung Bespoke induction stove (including air sous vide and air frying), Samsung Bespoke Microwave and Refrigerator (French Doors, snack storage, beverage center, including two types of ice), Whirlpool dishwasher). There is a 65” TV mounted in the living space across from the couch as well as a surround sound speaker system (installed 2024). This home has a unique layout compared to other park models with more of an “open concept” kitchen to living room.  There is plenty of space and you are not sectioned off. The living room includes a sectional sleeper sofa (with storage for blankets), straight across from the TV.

The bathroom is a generous size, including a full size shower with sliding doors and a dual shower head. The bathroom closet includes a new in unit (2025) GE combination, ventless washer/dryer, which allows for extra storage space in the closet.

The bedroom boasts space for a King size bed, as well as bedside tables on each side. There is closet and cupboard space for all of your belongings.

The Florida Room provides you with extra space for you to use as you wish (currently being used as an office space – but possibilities are endless).  This room welcomes the warm Florida sunshine with custom shades for each window.  This room also is part of the central air system.

Additionally, to maximize your space, the porch was screened in with a no see um grade screen in 2024. On the porch there is also 50” TV.  A great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch a game. There is also a new entry door installed in 2025 which includes an electronic lock with biometric technology.

A newly installed backyard space is perfect for relaxing and entertaining.  An approximately 20’x12’ area with pet friendly turf has been professionally installed and is surrounded by a fence to keep your area enclosed (for furry friends).  An outdoor sectional couch, oversized umbrella for shade on those hot summer days, outdoor solar lighting, and a 55” TV are present in the backyard space. Within the backyard area, there is access to a ground level shed for extra storage space (electronic code access doorknob).

Parking is comfortable for one large car, or one small car and a golf cart.

There are several other value adds that this park model has to offer, including but not limited to: new rubber roof (over the Florida room only) in 2024, asphalt shingled roof over the park model, new landscaping in 2025, newly painted for a Florida vibe in 2024, Govee app controlled lighting inside and outside, access hatch to underneath the unit etc.  And best of all… move in ready.

As part of being in the Sun Retreats community, you will have access to everything the community has to offer: a large, heated, saltwater pool, playground, shuffleboard, pickleball, fitness center, on site laundry, gathering rooms, coordinated activities, and the ability to gain life long friends. As well as the nearby access to everything the Dunedin area has to offer, without paying extra for it. Also, this is an all ages park! Please keep in mind that you will need to go through an application process via Sun Outdoors and commit to paying the monthly lot rent of $1,160 (and on site utilities for your unit, ~$200 +/ ).   The items you see in the photos and described are negotiable to be included in the asking price; personal effects and golf cart/car are not included.  Due to constraints related to financing park models, this will be a cashier check transaction.
