Paradise in the heart of the Keys

Located in Galway Bay , 55 and older private mobile community /We pay a  Yearly lease not monthly we own the trailer ! not the property. ( No rentals allowed or sublease from us) You must take over the property and own the trailer registered. And it is with tabs yearly or every 3 years .  No HOA fees , water and electric you pay for not very expensive ask me my bill . The park takes care of garbage and the maintenance of the grounds you can do your own garden. The trailer is permanent and cannot be moved. There is an area for your boat in the park I do not have a boat you would have to inquire at the office . All tenants must be screened prior through the office credit check,  then you can take over the keys . 

 Our home sits on two lots, ready to move in  all appliances as shown included , linens, kitchen cookware appliances, furniture, tv’s. 

We have 4 cams with the ring that you can continue with internet service We  also have in wall  A/C  units in every room(2). Newly redecorated inside and updated plumbing , electrical, many extras … with a large shed with a screened in porch where we sit and enjoy the cool breezes, our  in unit laundry is out here and we often entertain out here . 

We have 2 parking spots in front and back / we have an over hang in the front you can park under too or place a golf cart .
