The monthly lot rent is $400.00/month, and includes water, sewer, trash and lawn care.  Cauley’s MHP is a very small, quaint, neat and clean park.  There is a clubhouse and shuffleboard court.  The park does not allow dogs and the minimum age requirement is 60 years old.  Cauley’s is a true snowbird community!
