Welcome to Shady Lane Oaks in Clearwater Florida. This home resides in Shady Lane Oaks in a 55+ retirement community. The first person must be 55 and the next can be at least 45.  You will not own the ground it sits on. You will be responsible for paying monthly lot rent or around $780. This monthly lot rent includes water, sewer, trash pick-up twice a week, recyclables on Thursdays, lawn care (mowing, blowing, and trimming), pass through taxes and all the amenities of this park and the park next door.  Some of the amenities include- clubhouse, lending library, billiards room, heated swimming pool, commercial kitchen, fishing lake, shuffleboard court, horseshoe pit, BBQ area, laundry on-site, Wi-Fi in clubhouse, nice wide streets, on-site friendly office staff, and you get all this at the other park as well.  Shady Lane Oaks is a very active park, the social relations director keeps it hopping. Lots of fun activities are planned weekly, to name just a few-Bingo, Texas Hold’em, craft shows, bazaars, bands, karaoke, dinners, breakfasts, cook-outs, pool parties, golf cart parades, poker runs, scavenger hunts, craft classes, drive-in movie night, but keep in mind you also get to enjoy all the activities at the sister park next door.  You won’t get bored living here for sure! This park is dog friendly and golf carts are welcome.

The location of the park is always important so let’s talk about that and then move onto the house.  Just a few minutes from the Beautiful Clearwater beach, known for the sugar sand beaches.  The Gulf of Mexico side of Florida is the home of the most pristine beaches in Florida.  Location is everything here, even though you are right smack dab in the middle of everything this park is nestled back off the beaten path.  Some of the best shopping and dining are just minutes away. This is very sought after because of the convenience.

Now I want to share with you all the details of this big and beautiful home.  It’s a big one, 1368 deeded square feet, however it also has a Florida room with nice new windows and its very own split unit air conditioner.  This home has 2 split units as well as a central air conditioner.  You won’t get hot in this house, that’s for sure.  As you enter the home into the Florida room, you will see this will probably be another living room. Nice laminate wood flooring.  Towards the back of the Florida room, there is an attached shed comes with side-by-side refrigerator and a generator.  Shelving for storage and a rinse sink as well.

The office/den has laminated wood flooring and built-in shelving, a perfect spot for a home office.  Another split unit a/c in this room.

The kitchen- is fully open to the dining room and office/den.  The same beautiful wood flooring flows through the entire house.  The breakfast bar in the center of the kitchen also houses the built in stove.  Great place to entertain family and guests.  Wet bar area with sink just adds to the touch.  All appliances stay.  LG stainless steel side by side with freezer on the bottom.  Big pantry, I don’t think anything is little in this house. 

The dining room has a built China cabinet ceiling fan and light.

The main formal living room is at the front of the house and showcases a built-in bookcase.  Big bay windows adorn the entire front of the home.

The laundry room lays off the home office and guest bathroom. It comes with a Samsung washer and an Amana dryer.  Mop closet and plenty of cabinets over the washer and dryer.

The guest bedroom has a double closet and the beautiful still flows through the house.  The guest bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and the laundry room.

The master bedroom lays at the back of the house.  It comes with an 8-piece wicker king size bedroom suit.  Electrical panel box looks upgraded. 

The master bathroom has a double sink with a vanity in the middle.  Big walk-in closet. It has a tub and has a separate shower. 

In the backyard yard sports a gazebo and a nice patio area. Perfect area for those backyard cookouts.
