The location of the park is always important so let’s talk about that and then move onto the house. Just a few minutes from the Beautiful Clearwater beach, known for the sugar sand beaches. The Gulf of Mexico side of Florida is the home of the most pristine beaches in
Florida. Location is everything here, even though you are right smack dab in the middle of everything this park is nestled back off the beaten path. Some of the best shopping and dining are just minutes away. This is very sought after because of the convenience.
Now let’s move on to the house-I’m going to say it again, this house is CRISP, CLEAN, AND ABSOLUTLY GORGEOUS. I can't wait to show it to you. If you have always wanted to live in the beautiful tropical state of Florida, this home will allow you to live out all your dreams.
The house is painted in tropical Florida “sand” color with the Florida coastal “Teal” trim. It just boosts The Florida coastal life. This home is titles as a 36 x 24 but that doesn’t include the big lanai out front, so approximately over 1000 sq ft home. The Big front screened Lanai out in front. A front entrance door as well as another entrance from the carport. The lanai has beautiful screens to let the nice salty air flow right in. What a great place to enjoy the colorful sunrises and sunsets that Florida is known for. Just so relaxing.
From here I’m going to break it down from room to room.
Kitchen- 10’x8’ The kitchen has beautiful new laminate flooring. It’s absolutely the first thing that will catch your eye when you walk in. The kitchen has matching stainless steel appliances by Frigidaire (stove, refrigerator and dishwasher) and are only one year old. Nice tall cathedral ceilings.
Dining room-10’4”x11’ Nice and big for plenty of room entertaining guests. Pretty Coastal lamp that would hang over your table.
Living Room-15’5”x14 – nice big and roomy open concept. Cathedral ceilings here as well and the beautiful flooring still flowing through the house. Sliders allow you to walk out to the lanai from here.
The beautiful laminate flooring flows all the way down the hall to the bedrooms and guest bathroom.
Master bedroom-12’6”x 12’9” new carpet less than a year. Big nice walk-in closet.
Master bathroom- 6’6” x 4’4” with a walk-in shower, commode, and pretty vanity.
Guest bedroom- 8’8” x 9 with new carpets less than a year old and a big double closet.
Attached shed on carport about 10 x 10- house the stable washer and dryer and they will stay with the house. Lots of storage space in this shed. Shelving and pantry also stay.
Carport- will hold two cars easily and maybe even a golfcart.
Nicely manicured all the way around the home.
