Also included is a 3-wheel tricycle and a golf cart! The storage shed houses a table top grill, a generator with all hookups, propane tank and room for beach gear. 

Entering the enclosed year round lanai are vinyl sliding windows with screens, A/C, TV and credenza along with a sofa, tables and chairs and a ceiling fan. This makes a great den or place for extra guests. The big beautiful windows are stunning as are the laminate floors. At the end of this room is outdoor furniture used inside or out.
